    Description

    The Current Balance field must be a positive numeric value (or zero). It represents the outstanding balance on the account at the time of reporting. Negative balances, non-numeric characters, or excessively large values indicate data issues that need correction.

    Common Causes

    • Credit balances reported as negative
    • Non-numeric characters in field
    • Decimal points included (should be whole cents)
    • Currency symbols or formatting

    How to Fix
