1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Switch Labs Metro2 services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Service Description
Switch Labs provides Metro2 credit reporting format processing and transmission services to help businesses format and submit credit data to consumer reporting agencies.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data submitted through our services and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including FCRA, ECOA, and other consumer protection laws.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, users remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities under their account.
5. Breach Notification
In the event of a confirmed data breach affecting customer data, Switch Labs will notify affected customers within 72 hours of breach confirmation. We will provide a detailed incident report including the nature of the breach, data affected, and remediation steps taken. We will cooperate with regulatory authorities as required by applicable law and offer credit monitoring services to affected individuals when personally identifiable information is compromised.
