    Mapping rent obligations

    Represent recurring rent using the closest supported constructs and ensure consumer identity resolution is robust to avoid commingling tenants with similar names.

    Move-in / move-out

    Align opening and closing dates with lease start/end and security deposit settlements to avoid phantom balances after move-out.

    Collections handoff

    If unpaid rent moves to collections, close the rental tradeline appropriately and ensure the collector reports with correct DOFD and balances.
