    Description

    The Date Created represents when the file was produced and should be on or after the Activity Date (the as-of date). A Date Created that precedes the Activity Date is logically impossible — you cannot build a file before the data it summarizes is current.

    Common Causes

    • Swapping Activity Date and Date Created
    • Reusing a stale Date Created from a prior run

    How to Fix
