Overview
- Used when an account has been paid in full and closed
- Final status for accounts closed in good standing
- Account should show zero balance
- Positive outcome that remains on credit report for up to 10 years
Common Use Cases

Reporting Guidelines
- Report zero balance with this status
- Include final Date of Account Information
- No further reporting required after final status reported
- Use Date Closed field to indicate closure date
