Metro2 calculates the Payment Rating (0-6) by comparing charge due dates against payment dates from Hemlane's records. 0 = current, 1 = 30-59 days past due, 2 = 60-89 days, and so on. Grace periods you configure in Metro2 are applied before calculating delinquency.
