Connect ProMax, a CRM and desking platform for auto dealers, to Metro2 for credit bureau reporting. ProMax is primarily a CRM and desking tool (not a full DMS) that offers a REST-based Data Exchange API with token-based authentication. ProMax integrates with CDK DMS and DealerTrack for deal management and provides a credit application layer for pulling consumer credit. Metro2 connects to ProMax's Data Exchange API to pull desking deal structures, customer data, and payment information, then converts it to compliant Metro 2 format for submission to Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion.
