    Metro 2 Integration for Sage

Connect Sage accounting and business management software to Metro2 for credit bureau reporting. Sage Intacct provides a modern REST API (OAuth 2.0 with 1-hour tokens and 6-month refresh) and a legacy XML Web Services API (session-based auth). There are no traditional API keys; integration requires Client ID and Secret. Metro2 supports Sage 50 (Peachtree), Sage Intacct, and Sage Business Cloud Accounting. Sage does not include native Metro 2 reporting. Developer documentation is at developer.sage.com/intacct.

    How It Works

Sage Intacct provides customer and AR data through its REST API (OAuth 2.0) or XML Web Services API (session auth). Sage 50 data is extracted via file export. Metro2 maps accounts receivable data to Metro 2 Base Segment format and submits to Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion.

    Benefits

    Multi-Product Support

Works with Sage Intacct (REST API + XML Web Services), Sage 50 (data export), and Sage Business Cloud.

    Modern REST + Legacy XML

Sage Intacct provides both OAuth 2.0 REST API (1-hour tokens) and XML Web Services API for maximum compatibility.

    Enterprise Multi-Entity

Sage Intacct handles complex multi-entity, multi-subsidiary reporting for larger organizations.

    AR Reporting

Report accounts receivable payment history. Credit terms and payment behavior become bureau tradelines.

Credit impact motivates customers to pay on time, reducing your accounts receivable aging.

    Data Fields That Sync

Metro2 maps these fields from Sage to Metro 2 format automatically.

    • Credit terms and credit limits
    • Invoice and payment records with dates
    • Account aging and outstanding balance
    • Multi-entity and subsidiary data
    • AR transaction history
