Metro 2 Integration for Simplicity Collection

Simplicity Collection Software is a cloud-based, SSAE16-compliant collection platform designed for small to mid-size collection agencies. It does not include native Metro 2 credit bureau reporting. Metro2 connects to Simplicity's Web Services API (REST, API key authentication, base URL at app.simplicitycollect.com/api) to pull debtor records, account data, and payment history — then generates CDIA-compliant Metro 2 files with K1 segments for original creditor tracking and submits to Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion via SFTP.

    How It Works

Metro2 authenticates to Simplicity Collection's REST API using an API key. Debtor records, account data, and payment history are pulled from app.simplicitycollect.com/api. Metro2 maps Simplicity's account statuses to Metro 2 status codes, generates K1 segments for original creditor tracking, validates all fields against CDIA rules, and submits Metro 2 files to Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion via SFTP.
